1. Accessing the Tool
- Navigate to the page on your WordPress site where the watermarking tool is embedded.
- The tool should be visible as an interactive form with options to upload images, watermark, and adjust settings.
2. Uploading Images
- Step 1: Click on the “Upload Images” button.
- Step 2: Select one or multiple images from your device. Ensure the images are in a supported format (e.g., JPEG, PNG).
- Note: You can upload multiple images at once by selecting them together.
3. Uploading a Watermark
- Step 1: Click on the “Upload Watermark” button.
- Step 2: Select the watermark image you want to apply to your photos.
- Note: The watermark image should ideally be in PNG format with a transparent background for best results.
4. Adjusting Watermark Settings
- Opacity: Use the slider labeled “Watermark Opacity” to adjust the transparency of the watermark. Set it anywhere from 0 (completely transparent) to 100 (completely opaque).
- Position: Use the dropdown menu labeled “Watermark Position” to select where the watermark should appear on your images. You can choose from:
- Top Left
- Top Center
- Top Right
- Center Left
- Center
- Center Right
- Bottom Left
- Bottom Center
- Bottom Right
- Size: Adjust the “Watermark Size” slider to set the percentage size of the watermark relative to your image. You can set it from 10% to 100% of the image size.
5. Applying the Watermark
- Step 1: Once you’ve set your preferences, click the “Apply Watermark” button.
- Step 2: A progress bar will appear, indicating the status of the watermarking process.
- Step 3: Once complete, a message will appear, and download links for each image will be generated.
6. Downloading Watermarked Images
- Single Image Download: Click on the download link next to each image to save it individually.
- Download All as ZIP: After all images are processed, click the “Download All as ZIP” link to download all watermarked images in a compressed ZIP file.
7. Resetting the Form
- If you wish to start over or change your selections:
- Click the “Reset” button to clear all uploads and settings, and start the process again.
8. Tips for Best Results
- Watermark Design: Use a watermark with a transparent background to avoid covering important details of your images.
- Opacity & Position: Adjust opacity and position carefully to ensure the watermark is visible but not intrusive.
- Batch Processing: If you’re working with multiple images, make sure the watermark is appropriate for all image sizes and orientations.
9. Troubleshooting
- No Image or Watermark Detected: Ensure you have selected both images and a watermark before applying.
- Slow Processing: The processing time may vary depending on the number of images and their sizes. Be patient as the tool works through your batch.
